How-To: Downloading State-Specific Resources for
your One-Stop Planner

1a. Insert your One-Stop Planner disc
1b. Launch One-Stop Planner
1c. Click on "State-Specific Resources" on the hub screen |

2a. Your default browser will open and display a map
2b. Click on your state on the map
(please note that if clicking your state does not result in
the browser opening a new page, there are currently no state-specific
downloads available for your state for your One-Stop Planner) |

| 3. Click the "Macintosh" link of
the resource you are looking for |
 |
| 4. In the "Download Manager" window,
the name of the downloading "...sit" file will be highlighted
while the file downloads |
 |
5. If the downloaded file does not automatically
UnStuff itself, locate the file (default download location
is usually the Desktop) and double-click the downloaded file
to UnStuff it

6a. Locate the UnStuffed folder (in the
same location as the downloaded file) and open it, then open
its subfolder labeled with the file format you want to use
(e.g. "pdf" for Acrobat, "word" for Microsoft
Word, etc)
6b. From this subfolder, open the document
that you want to view/edit, or install the desired application.
To install an application,
double-click on the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: State-specific resources in Word or
PDF format are not accessible from the One-Stop Planner discs. |
