Browser Pop-Up Blockers
and Online Edition - Why do some links or features not work or
do nothing?
Some interactive Online Editions have buttons or links that will pop open
a new browser window, like
"Reading Help" or some of the Math videos. Many browsers have pop-up
blockers which may prevent this content from displaying. You may need to modify
the settings for your pop-up blocking to be able to view this content.
Some browsers have built-in pop-up blocking functionality; check
your browser's preferences or internet options. Free, downloadable
"toolbars" from companies like Google, Yahoo, or internet service
providers may also have pop-up blocking functions. Click
here to
view some examples of popup-blocker settings locations.

My subscriptions/online textbooks list is different or my classes aren't right - what happened?
If another teacher was using the same computer before you, they might have forgotten to log out. Look up at the top left of the Home page (the page which lists your textbook subscriptions) and verify that the "Welcome" message is addressed to you and not someone else. If another user's name appears under "Welcome," click the "Log Out" link and log in with your login and password.
