This document describes six differences users may notice in Holt Online Assessment since it was updated in November 2006.
Changes you may notice in Holt Online Assessment since November 2006:
1. "Unassociated" uploaded tests, once associated, now disappear from the "Unassociated" category list and will appear only in the "Teacher Uploaded Tests" category list.
2. Intervention auto-assign functionality has been improved. If you want the auto-assign functionality to be enabled, you must set your Intervention settings (under the Preferences tab) to auto-assign and select "YES."
3. Students can only view and access an intervention assignment ONCE; after beginning the assignment, they are required to submit a score.
4. On the Reports home page, the "Create a Report Entry" button has been removed. To enter grades for offline activities:
- Go to the Assignments tab
- Select the "View all assignments made" option
- Use the "Create Offline Activity" link just below the "Submit" button to create an offline activity.
5. "Time Stamps" for assignments now accurately display the time zone as defined in your General Preferences.
